Zhejiang Huangyan Punch Die Factory is located in the western industrial zone of Huangyan who bears the name of China Moulds Town. Established in 1994, we are a member of CDMIA, and are specialized in the design and manufacture of auto body punch die moulds and inspection tools. We have got ISO9001 certificate in December 2000, passed SVW, SGM evaluation in October, 2004, and we are also the nominated supplier of moulds and inspection tools.

Our factory takes up an area of 8000㎡, with workshop area of 6000㎡, and fixed assets of 25 million yuan. We have 7 sets of CN processing machines, 1 set of CMM measuring machine (GLOBAL 122210), and more than 60 sets of other processing equipments and tryout equipments. We have 180 staffs in total, among which 23 are senior and high technicians, and 18 designers. We have adopted computer simulation analysis system of 3D sheet metal dies (PAM-STAMP2G) from ESI company in France during punch die analysis, and the whole process from mould design to mould manufacture is assisted by CAD/CAM.

We stick on the principle of top quality and high reputation, focus on customers’ demands, and improve progressively technical and management to supply satisfied products and service. We have accumulated customers from China, south east Asia, America and Europe, and have enjoyed high reputation. Our mould of microwave bottom board made for Whirlpool in 1998 have been appraised as outstanding mould by CDMIA, and rear door and window moulds of SVW240 made for SVW in 2002 won the national new products prize.
